Early voting starts Sept. 18 for the Oct. 7 Fayetteville City Council primary elections, which include any race with more than two candidates on the ballot.
In addition to the mayoral race, there will be primary elections in Districts 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9.
The candidates in Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6 do not have a primary, so their answers to our questions will be featured in the general election guide after the primary. Those candidates are: Antonio Jones and Jeremy Wright for District 3; Stuart A. Collick and D.J. Haire for District 4; Lynne Bisette Greene for District 5; and Kenneth E. Odegard II and Derrick Thompson for District 6.
