A man has been charged with blackmail as part of a probe into the Westminster honeytrap scandal.
Oliver Steadman, a former Labour councillor in Islington, has been charged after a probe into WhatsApp messages sent to five people working in politics .
Steadman, 28, of Pemberton Gardens in Archway, north London, has been been charged with one count of blackmail in relation to alleged unwarranted demands for the contact telephone numbers of up to 12 individuals. New Feature
