PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WATE) — East Tennessee icon Dolly Parton is no longer expected to be in attendance on Wednesday when Dollywood announces its newest attraction coming in 2026.
Dollywood is expected to release details on its attraction that will open in the park in 2025 on Wednesday. The park shared around 11 a.m. on Tuesday that because of a "change in schedule," Dreamer-in-Chief Dolly Parton would not be in attendance for the announcement. Dollywood did not share what caused the change in schedule.
So far, the park has sneakily released hint words of "Soar," "Plunge" and "Climb," but very little else has been shared.
