QB Justin Fields , who completed 3-of-11 passes for 27 yards, was forced out of action in the fourth quarter with a head injury on a Joey Bosa sack. Fields was driven hard into the turf and went into the medical tent for evaluation. Veteran backup Tyrod Taylor finished the game for the Jets and Mitch Trubisky, Josh Allen's backup, came on with 8:23 remaining to handle the visitors' final offensive snaps.
