A senior in Ontario was robbed in broad daylight in what is being described as distraction theft by the Hamilton police.

In the video released by the police , the suspect is identified as a 40-year-old female. The woman rings the door bell and waits until the elderly homeowner comes to the door at which point the suspect hugs and kisses the homeowner and puts a fake necklace around her neck while stealing a gold one.
