MINNEAPOLIS — Excellence is addicting.

Just ask folks at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, which ranks No. 1 among mega airports in J.D. Power's 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. It's the third time in four years that MSP has topped the list.

The rankings are based on surveys from nearly 30,000 fliers and cover both departure and arrival experiences. MSP ranked first in six of the study's seven dimensions: Departure/Airport Experience; Airport Staff; Food, Beverage and Retail opportunities; Terminal Facilities; Arrival/From Airport Experience, and Level of Trust with Airport.
