Thornhill have just unveiled brand-new single and video, Mercia.

Arriving the day after their tour dates supporting Sleep Token in the U.S. kick off (and, indeed, getting its live debut last night at the Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia), the track is about “loving someone lost in their own abyss”, according to Jacob Charlton.

The frontman continues: “It speaks to the ache of giving everything – warmth, devotion, even the hope of carrying their pain – only to be met with silence and defences, by ‘vaults’ and ‘ice’.
