The force’s Traffic Escort Unit caught a 22-year-old doing 56 km/h over the posted 80 km/h limit in his parents’ vehicle on Limebank Road. Article content Article content

The driver was charged with stunt driving. His G1 license was suspended, and the vehicle was impounded.

During Tuesday’s morning rush hour, a 19-year-old G1 driver, not accompanied as required by law, was stopped for doing 107 km/h in the posted 60km/h zone along River Road.

The driver faces a stunt-driving charge, the license was suspended, and the vehicle was impounded. A court date has been set.
