The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a couple of versions of Superman, and one of them is coming back in just one week. Given the nature of comic books, Marvel and DC have created copies or different versions of many of each other's characters over the years. While not all the DC copies are in the MCU movie franchise , some are.

When it comes to Superman, three Marvel characters are often compared to the hero: Hyperion, Ikaris, and Sentry. The last two have made their way into the MCU, appearing in Eternals and Thunderbolts* , respectively. While one of Marvel's Supermen is confirmed for the upcoming Avengers movies , the other will be back soon in a unique 2025 MCU series .
