HALIFAX - A Dartmouth man is facing 66 sex-related charges after a four-year investigation into allegations of sexual assaults at a youth correctional facility in Nova Scotia. Donald Douglas Williams, 75, was arrested at his home on Saturday.
Williams served as a swim instructor at the Nova Scotia Youth Centre in Waterville from 1988 to 2017. He faces serious charges, including three counts of sexual assault causing bodily harm, 28 counts of sexual assault, and 32 counts of sexual exploitation.
