BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A 61-year-old woman has died following a multi-vehicle crash on Finley Boulevard in Birmingham.

The Jefferson County Coroner has identified the victim as Harriet Mitchell Walker Adams of Birmingham.

The crash happened just before 2 p.m. on Sept. 16. Adams died at UAB Hospital a short time later.

Birmingham Police are investigating the crash.
