Capito, chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, sent a letter to EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin that was signed by all of the committee’s Republican members endorsing plans to reverse environmental regulations.
In June, the EPA announced two deregulatory proposals.
