The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing toddler.

Iris Everly-Marie Fargis, who is 1, is about 2 feet tall and weighs about 23 pounds.

She has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing an orange Halloween shirt with a white ghost on the front and black tights with jack-o'-lanterns, lollipops and worms on them.

She is believed to be with Tyler Ray Toodle, 26. Toodle is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes.

He's about 6 feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his arms.

Toodle drives a black 2018 Honda Civic with tinted windows and North Carolina license tag number JMS-6500.
