Formerly scheduled to take place at Kubiak Family Farms, the Luke Bryan “Farm Tour” will now conclude Saturday, September 20 at the Van Gilder Family Farm near Lansing. The Michigan date marks the star’s third and final farm venue, and follows performances at Klondike Farms in Brooklyn, Wisconsin and Berning Family Farms in Prairie Grove, Illinois.
