Roquan Smith's Week 2 performance continues to garner headlines and now accolades.
Smith was crowned AFC Defensive Player of the Week Wednesday after his standout performance in the Ravens' 41-17 win over the Browns on Sunday. It marked the first time in his career that he received the distinction.
Smith arguably had the best game of his career against the Browns with 15 tackles, including three for loss, two quarterback hits, and a 63-yard touchdown on a fumble recovery.
He became the first NFL player since at least 2008 to have at least 15 tackles, three tackles for loss, and a defensive touchdown in a single game.
The All-Pro inside linebacker earned the second-highest Pro Football Focus grade (91.9) of his eight-year career.
