NEW YORK (PIX11) — Justin Fields will not be under center this week for the New York Jets, according to head coach Aaron Glenn.

Ahead of Sunday's road matchup with the undefeated Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Glenn announced in his Wednesday press conference that he would be without his starting quarterback.

Tyrod Taylor, who threw for 56 yards and a touchdown after tapping in for Fields in the final minutes of week two, will get the start.

The Jets have yet to get into the win column in 2025, tied for last in the AFC East with the Miami Dolphins at 0-2.
