BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) — Bernalillo County Animal Care announced on Wednesday, Sept. 17 that its services have been expanded to the Village of Los Ranchos as of Sept. 11. This five-year intergovernmental agreement includes enforcement of village ordinances, access to shelter resources, and after-hour emergency response.
