More victims file lawsuit against Oregon Youth Authority over claims of sexual abuse

MARION COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - Attorneys for a group of 11 victims of childhood sexual abuse announce the filing of another major lawsuit against the Oregon Youth Authority.
