WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A former Wichita State director accused of child sex crimes has been found not guilty of breach of privacy.

After a jury trial this week, the remaining six counts of breach of privacy against Christopher Garnier were dismissed. According to court documents, Garnier was initially charged with breach of privacy and sexual exploitation of a minor, after being accused of using a hidden camera to record videos of a female in various stages of undress in a bedroom in 2024.
