HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man was accused of setting fires Tuesday at Harrisburg's homeless encampment, where two other fires that recently broke out were determined by officials to have been intentionally set.

Ethan King, 35, of Harrisburg, faces charges that include felony counts of arson, reckless burning or exploding, and risking catastrophe, along with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, according to online court records.

Witnesses told police that a man, who was later identified as King, was allegedly setting fires at the homeless encampment along South Front Street around 2:30 p.m. after officers arrived for a fire call, the charges filed by Harrisburg Police show.
