(KRON) – A vibrant townlet that was recently recognized as one of the best towns for food enthusiasts now has a staple Carmel-by-the-Sea donut shop. Dutch Door Donuts has officially opened its first Bay Area outpost in Healdsburg.

In a video posted on Instagram, the donut eatery announced the Dutch doors were swung open for its grand opening on Sept. 9.

“Our second location celebrates the joy of fresh, made-to-order donuts – crafted by hand, served with love,” said the donut shop.

With almost 300 5-star Yelp reviews, Dutch Door Donuts has a variety of flavors, including classic vanilla glaze, cinnamon sugar, ground chocolate and salted brown butter. Beignets are also on the menu.
