Netflix's reality dating (and marriage) show Love Is Blind is again in the public eye, and not for happy reasons: A former contestant has sued the streamer for inhumane working conditions and insufficient pay. Stephen Richardson, one of the many stars in Season 7 (engaged to Monica Davis), has filed a lawsuit in California, claiming that the production mistreated him and fellow co-stars because they were seen as independent contractors, and not as employees. Richardson also claims that during the shoot, he was subjected to a "combination of sleep deprivation, isolation, lack of food, and an excess of alcohol."
