Army football will look to build off its first victory of the season when North Texas visits on Saturday for both teams' first American Conference game.

Army has beaten North Texas in six of eight career meetings since 2006. Army is 740-548-51 all-time following a 12-2 season in 2024.

The Black Knights (1-1) will play their second home game this season. Last season at West Point, Army beat Lehigh, Rice, Alabama Birmingham, East Carolina , Air Force, Texas San Antonio and Tulane in the American Conference title game.

Following a 30-27 double-overtime loss to FCS stalwart Tarleton State on Aug. 29, Army traveled to Manhattan, Kansas. The Black Knights fell behind Kansas State 13-0 but dominated ball control in the second half and posted a 24-21 victory over the Wildcats.
