An Atlanta man has been arrested in connection with the theft of unreleased Beyoncé music earlier this summer, authorities announced Tuesday.

Kelvin Evans was nabbed back on Aug. 26 and was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, but that was postponed to Oct. 16, according to local news station WANF. Evans asked to speak with a different attorney.

Though Evans was arrested, the stolen music has not been recovered , police said.

The unreleased tracks were stolen from a rented vehicle being used by Beyoncé’s choreographer, Christopher Grant, and dancer Diandre Blue on July 8 in Atlanta. The record-breaking Grammy winner played four shows in the city from July 10-14.
