As the end of The Boys looms, spinoff series Gen V is back for its second season — and taking place between the fourth and fifth seasons of the superhero hit will help to set up The Boys ‘ final episodes.
“As season four of The Boys ended, Homelander sort of took over the country, so this is really the audience’s first glimpse of how the world has changed,” co-creator Eric Kripke told The Hollywood Reporter at the show’s L.A. premiere. “ Gen V season two really picks up the world from where Boys season four ended.
