SPRING GROVE, Pa. (WHTM) -- Spring Grove Area School District has issued a shelter-in-place order due to the police incident in North Codorus Township.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Spring Grove Area School District issued a message ordering a shelter-in-place for all K-12 schools. The district confirmed that this shelter-in-place is in relation to an active officer-involved incident.
The full message reads as follows:
All Spring Grove Area School District schools (K–12) are currently sheltering in place due to an officer-involved incident in our area that is unrelated to our students or schools. Local authorities have advised us to hold students and staff in our buildings as a precaution while several area roads are closed. There will be major delays in bus transportation for all student
