Cabaret legend Michael Feinstein, who has long been known for preserving and reviving the Great American Songbook, and his husband Terrence Flannery, are listing their West Hollywood Hills home for $4.49 million — almost double what they paid for it last year.
They bought the 1936 Spanish-style villa for $2.72 million in 2024, as Gimme Shelter previously reported.
Extensive renovations ensued.
“We love the house, its spectacular views and made it a home people cherish. We renovated every square foot of it and are using it more than we expected,” Feinstein told Gimme Shelter, adding that the couple also use it to host celebrity house guests, and as a green room and studio space for concert and recording projects. 10
