“It was definitely tough not making the playoffs,” said veteran defenceman Frank Marrelli, who’s entering his fourth season with the team. “It’s the best time of the year. Everyone came in this year hungry to make the playoffs and go far in the playoffs, not just to get into the first round. Every guy here wants that.”
The 67’s lost three of their four pre-season games, but each defeat was by a goal and two were in shootouts.
