CLEVELAND (WJW) -- A 20-year-old man admitted to drinking before causing a crash that killed a 51-year-old bicyclist on Tuesday, Sept. 16.

Kamarion T. Jordan, 20, of Cleveland, is now charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with one first-degree felony count of aggravated vehicular homicide, records show.

A probable cause affidavit obtained by the FOX 8 I-Team alleges Jordan was speeding west on Kinsman Road just after 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, traveling faster than the 35 mph speed limit.
