MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (KY3) - Searchers recovered the body of a boater reported missing in Lake Norfork.

Glenn Bradley, 45, of Baxter County, disappeared in the Float Creek area on September 15 around 11:30 p.m. Investigators say Bradley’s boat broke down. He attempted to swim to the shore near Point 5A and went underwater. Another person remained on the boat.

Deputies searched the area by boat and helicopter on Tuesday. A citizen on Wednesday at 8 a.m. found the body floating in the water.

The Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy.
