CORVALLIS, Ore. – A driver was arrested for impaired driving and three residents were displaced after a car crashed into a Corvallis home on Sunday evening, according to the Corvallis Fire Department.

CFD officials said fire crews responded at about 11:15 p.m. on Sept. 14 to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a Corvallis home. Firefighters arrived to find a single vehicle deep into the building and laying on its side. The vehicle’s lone occupant was helped out of the car by other community members and reportedly suffered minor injuries, fire authorities said. Fire crews searched the home but no one was found to be trapped or injured.
