GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — We're all getting older and that can bring more health challenges, but there are things you can do to take control and lower your risk.

More than 90% of adults age 65 or older have at least one chronic condition and nearly 80% have two or more, recent data shows.

"When we think about some of those common age-related conditions, we think about our memory loss, we think about visual disturbance ... some hearing changes ... but also some other physical-type changes," Dr. David Rzeszutko, vice president of medical and clinical operations at Priority Health, said, pointing to bone and joint problems as an example.

Larger concerns include cardiovascular aging and cancer, he said.
