WYOMING, Mich. — A Wyoming woman said she’s thankful no one was hurt after a car crashed into her Wyoming home Monday afternoon.

It happened at the intersection of Dalton and Elbon Street Southwest. 13 On Your Side obtained video footage of the crash.

It’s not the first time a driver has hit her home, but this crash was strong, and she fears it may have damaged the foundation.

“There’s some marks here, some indents,” said homeowner Karen Brooks.

A quiet Monday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. turned chaotic when a driver lost control, crashing through Brooks’ yard and into her front steps.

Brooks was out running errands when neighbors called, urging her to come home.

“First I looked on my cameras and I'm like, oh my gosh, there's a car in our yard that hit our porch,” said Brooks.
