NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - On Sept. 15, officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department were called to 1821 Cephas Street in Davidson County for a fire call where smoke alarms were going off.

When officials arrived, they said no smoke or any indicators of a fire were ever found.

While on the scene, 35-year-old Jaimee Humphrey claimed crews with the fire department were trying to sexually assault her.

According to the police, the woman called twice. The original call for the fire was caused by the alarm in the defendant’s room being “intentionally” activated. According to the affidavit, the alarm had been activated numerous times over the last few days.
