Aer Lingus will launch a new route from Dublin Airport to Raleigh–Durham International Airport from next April using its new Airbus A321XLR fleet. The nonstop service will operate five times weekly through the summer, with a westbound block time in the region of nine hours. This will be the airline's fourth A321XLR destination in the US, following routes to Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Nashville that were launched earlier this year.
