FAIRFAX, Va. (DC News Now) -- Former Vice President Mike Pence has a new title to go in front of his nam: professor.
George Mason University said Pence would join its Schar School of Policy and Government with the official title of "Distinguished Professor of Practice."
In making the announcement, George Mason said: "Pence’s arrival this fall marks a significant addition to the institution’s academic community. He will engage with students and faculty, bringing decades of public service, executive leadership, and policy experience into the classroom."
The school explained that the former vice president would contribute to undergraduate courses starting in spring 2026. Pence was to lead seminars "that explore the intersection of politics, leadership, and national governance." The univers
