BEMIDJI — Leases have been signed for three of the four retail spaces in the former Marketplace Foods building in Bemidji’s Westridge Center, and a fourth is nearing completion.
Randy Jaeger, president and chief executive officer of JND Holdings, confirmed on Wednesday that Ulta Beauty, Sierra and Maurices will occupy three of the spaces.
Ulta and Sierra are new to Bemidji, while Maurices will be relocating from the Paul Bunyan Mall.
“One of the four will be open before year’s end, and the rest will be open early spring,” Jaeger said.
