Farm Aid's first visit to Minnesota already boasted an impressive lineup before the late additions of Kenny Chesney, Wynonna Judd, and Steve Earle. Now, it has gained an iconic Minnesotan.

Bob Dylan will take the stage for Farm Aid 40 on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Huntington Bank Stadium, the festival revealed on Wednesday.

It's not the first time that the Minnesota-born legend has performed at Farm Aid, having joined the festival during its first two years, as well as an unannounced performance in 2023.

Dylan has not performed in the Twin Cities in eight years, but has come through the region multiple times in the last couple of years.

In April, his "Rough and Rowdy" tour passed through Mankato and in Eau Claire, Wis. Additionally, the annual Outlaw Music Festival tour with Willie Nelson
