The Diaper Bank of the Ozarks helps to meet the needs of struggling families in the Ozarks. The organization distributes more than a million diapers every year across Southwest Missouri.
Diaper companies say it’s important to change a baby regularly. Doing so can prevent rashes, bladder infections, and exposure to bacteria. But the Diaper Bank’s program manager says when money is tight, families have to make tough decisions about where to make cuts.
