INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) - A Hy-Vee employee was allegedly caught stealing $23,000 in $5 bills on store cameras.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Sept. 11, indicate that Jennifer L. Williams, 46, of Independence, has been accused of stealing money from the company she worked for.
A probable cause statement filed by the Independence Police Department revealed that in March 2024, investigators were called to the Hy-Vee at 4545 S. Noland Rd. with reports of a theft.
