Mike Tyson will be nearly 60 years old by the time he steps into the ring with Floyd Mayweather.

'Iron Mike', who turns 60 next July, has agreed to meet Mayweather, 48, in an exhibition bout sometime in Spring 2026.

Their announcement comes less than a year after Tyson ended a 21-year professional hiatus to box Jake Paul in a farcical fight at the AT&T Stadium last November.

Tyson looked like a shadow of his former self as he laboured to a convincing points loss against the YouTuber-turned-boxer.

His decision to return against Mayweather has been met with similar levels of discontent from the boxing fraternity and has led to questions about Tyson's motivations to continue fighting into old age.
