MARYVILLE, Tenn. — The impact that one person can leave on the life of others can last forever.

Maryville business owner Helen Mills is a good example, because nearly 23 years after she was strangled and killed inside her store both her family and law enforcement are still fighting to find her killer.

Her daughter, Debbie Sager, said her mom was into healthy living, and clog dancing. Her health food store, Herbal Health Concepts was located on McGhee Street near the Maryville Police Department.

Those who knew her, remember her kindness. Segar said that means the world to her.

"She had quite a client base that I was not aware of," Segar said. "We did a memorial down at the courthouse and people just came out of the woodwork."
