PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A burglary investigation in McCracken County led to multiple arrests following an investigation into a series of incidents at a local storage unit facility. Deputies started the investigation on August 15, 2025, after several burglaries were reported on Tharp Drive.
Detectives used surveillance equipment to monitor the area and on September 16, they noticed the equipment had been tampered with. The sheriff's office said two males on bicycles were seen nearby shortly before the tampering.
Deputies arrived and reported seeing an SUV with two bicycles on the roof leaving the area. The sheriff's office said the vehicle was occupied by Joshua Owen, 36, and Christopher Young, 53, both from Paducah.
