SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Medical professionals at Memorial Health suggest people may need a prescription for a COVID-19 vaccine.

"Well, again, that's a mandate, a government mandate, that they need a prescription for the vaccine," Internal Medicine Doctor at Memorial Health Timothy Connelly said.

Dr. Connelly said that before the pandemic, most kids would go to their pediatrician to get their vaccines. However, during the pandemic, it became hard to take kids to a doctor's office. Now years later, they are trying to go back to the way things were by requiring a prescription.
