Daniel Jones is off to a good start with the Indianapolis Colts , who are 2-0 for the first time since 2009 and haven't yet officially punted.

Jones, who came to the Colts in the offseason on a one-year contract, has 588 passing yards on 71.4% completions with two touchdowns and no interceptions. He has also rushed for three touchdowns.

Another person emerging in a new role is Colts co-owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon , one of three daughters of Jim Irsay , the longtime team owner who died in May. Irsay-Gordon has become known this year for standing on the sideline wearing a headset and taking notes, though she has now been doing that for more than a decade.

Jones is impressed with her effort.
