Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward was not necessarily thrilled with his first regular-season start at his new home stadium.
Ward suggested he had some issues with the turf at Nissan Stadium in Nashville during Sunday’s 33-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams . On one particular play, Ward slipped on the turf, leading to a sack and game-changing fumble.

Ward pointed out that the Titans practice on grass, and questioned why they don’t play on it as well.
“We practice on grass. Why don’t we play on grass?” Ward said.
