SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - One of the suspects in a violent January attack was indicted Wednesday while the second suspect had his charges upgraded.
The two men are accused of posing as amazon workers, before breaking their way into a home on Price Street in January— and beating the homeowner.

The two men only got away with $60.
Kelvin Waye was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday. He’s been out on bond since June.
Both Kelvin and Tyrone were indicted on the following charges:
2 counts of Exploitation and intimidation of disabled adult, elder person or resident (victim is over 65 y/o)
4 counts of Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
Armed robbery
2 counts of 1st degree home invasion
A
