SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - The South Hadley Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing man last seen on Tuesday morning.

Police said that 43-year-old Luis Jose Cabrera Rodriquez was last seen early Tuesday morning at Beachgrounds Park with his dog. Luis' dog was located without its owner at the park.

Luis is described as approximately 5'3" and 140 to 150 pounds with a full gray and black beard and long brown hair, and several tattoos on both of his arms and chest.

Luis is known to operate a gray Subaru Impreza with MA/PC plates 5BVB39. His vehicle was located in Holyoke, and there was a potential sighting of him in Holyoke on Tuesday in the South Summer Street area.
