HOLYOKE — Police arrested four people, including a 69-year-old man, after getting complaints from neighbors and local businesses about drug activity near Main and Spring streets.

The arrests were made on Thursday, Sept. 11, Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan said in a statement. Officers worked with State Police to stop what they believed were street-level drug deals.
