EASTHAMPTON, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, the Easthampton Police Department responded to a call of a tree falling on a cyclist riding his bike with his child on Strong Street.

The child was riding along behind the bike in a carrier when the tree had fallen. Both the father and the child were evaluated for injuries at the scene. Neither of them were transported to a hospital.
